Growing strong with every competition they take part in, the Param Football Club (FC) today made it a big 4-1 win against Young Hero’s in the Divisional A Football League of Jammu organised by the DFA at GGM Science College ground, here.
Aayush (26th), Aniket (49th), Rohit (51st) and Paramvir (40th) were the scorers from winning side while Paramvir was reduced the margin striking in the 40th minute.
Earlier, in the first scheduled match of the day, NGR registered a 2-1 win against Engineers XI. Bhupinder and Ajay were the scorers from winning side, who netted the ball in the later stages of the match with winning goal coming in last 69th minute of the game.
Engineers, who took the first lead beating the advancing goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the play, however, could not consolidate.
Today’s matches officiated by the technical penal including Rocky Sharma, Ajay Singh, Ankit Mehta, Amit Verma, Dheeraj Meenia, Ricky Kumar, Suresh Kumar and Honey Mehra.
FIXTURE: Young Rovers take on Christian Star at 1.30 pm while Hero FC shall meet Shaheen Blue at 3 pm tomorrow.
