Pathania exhorts officers for special focus on far-flung, neglected areas

Ranbir Singh Pathania, MLA Ramnagar concluded a three-day tour of the area while inspecting public works and projects and taking a firsthand overview of the public issues related to drinking water, electricity, road connectivity, healthcare, education facilities. Mr. Pathania directed line officers as well as different departments to ensure maximum presence in far flung and neglected areas of Ramnagar. He further exhorted on the people to maintain better liaison with official machinery and try to get maximum benefits out of public welfare schemes and programmes.
He also called upon the officers to keep stationed at their headquarters in the area and keep updated about their movements, if any. He also asked them to display, in advance, their movements in various far-flung areas so at people could take maximum benefit out of public utility schemes and programmes.
He inaugurated newly constructed school building of Middle School Basantgarh constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 12.00 lacs, tiled pathway from HSS Basantgarh to Masjid Mohalla constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 42.00 lacs, road from Pachound to Chappar propsed to be built at an estimated cost of Rs 930.49 lacs.
He was accompanied by Shiv Charan, (Mandal Pardhan), Kewal Parihar, Pritam Chand, AR Wani sarpanch, Manzur Ahmed sarpanch, Tirath Ram sarpanch, Yog Raj sarpanch, Raj Kumar sarpanch, Jag Mohan sarpanch, Farooq Ahmed sarpanch, Thakar das sarpanch, Ravinder, Behari Lal, Dr Ram Nath, Mangat Ram, Sansar Chand, Rameez, Makhan, Rahul, Hans Raj, Babu Sansar, Suram Chand (Principal), Jamil Mohd., Mohd Afzal and a wide galaxy of local leaders.
