Pawan Khajuria, the Independent Candidate of East Assembly constituency today expressed gratitude to the people for a huge voter turnout in his constituency.
Addressing a press conference, Khajuria said that a large number of people from his constituency participated in the celebration to strengthen democracy with full enthusiasm and zeal. The people participated in this festival with a very open mind and expressed faith in my policies as well as the leadership. “I will not thank the people of Udhampur East Assembly using small words. I cannot repay this debt by saying a small word “thank you”. In this, everyone performed their duty. We want to thank the Election Commissioner, District Police Administration and all the government employees engaged in election arrangements who contributed properly in Udhampur East Assembly. We tried to live up to people’s expectations by making all the arrangements properly,” said Khajuria.
“I want to thank all the print media, electronic media, social media participants who encouraged people to participate in this festival. Now instead of saying thank you, I dedicate my life at the feet of all voters. And finally I congratulate everyone on this election festival,” he added.
