A massive protest rally demonstration under the banner of J&K PDD need based /casual labourer worker union was taken out from the office of chief Engineer EM&RE wing Jammu to civil secretariat Jammu.
Hundreds of casual workers of PDD from all over Jammu province take part in the rally .They raised slogans in favour of their genuine demands which included release of pending wages of 3405 workers immediately ,monthly payment from wages head (outsourcing) and Implementation of SRO 381.
While addressing the protesting workers Mr.Akhil Sharma president all J&K need based workers union stressed upon the authorities to release pending wages of workers from wage head monthly. Those who were present including Sham Sharma ,Bilal Bashir, Ab.Gani ,Saleem, Sajid, Daljeet ,Gurmail,Ashish Verma,Kabir and Akhyal Choudhary .
