In order to promote the sports culture especially the body building in our state, the PDP youth Leader Parvez Wafa Khan today felicitated budding body builder of the state, Ajit Singh Jamwal, who got first position in Jammu and Kashmir Body building contest which was organized by the Jammu Body Building Association recently.
Speaking on the occasion, the Youth leader of PDP Parvez Wafa Khan said that the Youth of Jammu & Kashmir state is bestowed with abundant talent in sports and need opportunities for excellence.
Some of the budding sports person with their professional and talent has brought laurels to the state at various levels on both international and national levels .
“The felicitation is a small gesture from us and our main motive is to encourage people for participation in sports activities.
He said we are happy that such son’s of the soil on sports arena with flying colours are bringing laurels to the state and make state proud.
He said that the state Government led by Ms Mehbooba Mufti is taking all necessary measures for promoting sports and upgradation of sports infrastructure in the state
Those who were also present on this occasion include Sumit Pal Singh, Sunil, Summer Singh and Rajat Randhawa.
