PHE ITI Trained, CP and Land Doner Workers Association stages protest

Today on thousands of Daily Wagers of PHE Department of Jammu province converged at the Press Club Jammu where a strong protest was staged on the burning issues for non release of earned wages of the PHE workers for about 60 months.
Tanveer Hussain, President of ALL J&K PHE ITI TRAINED, CP AND LAND DONER WORKERS ASSOCIATION mentioned and expressed elaborately the agonies , sufferings financial hardships being faced by the daily wagers/ workers due to callousness of all the successive governments as also the state administration for the last over twenty years by not fulfilling the genuine demands of the workers regarding their regularisation and payment of pending wages for years together.
The government never fulfilled its commitment and continued to keep the fate of the workers in the lurch, he alleged.
He further stated that It is unfortunate that the state administration presently headed by Governor Satya Pal Malik has also ignored our plight whereas we had great expectations from Governor but no positive step has been taken so far , said Tanveer Hussain, president of the association.
Other prominent leaders who addressed the gathering :-Deepak Gupta Vice President, Subash chander General Secy, Manjeet Singh, Vijay Kumar, Jeevan Singh, Tilak Raj, Pawan Kumar , Pardeep Sharma, Dinesh Sharma, Ravi Sharma, Gulam Nabi, Ishacj Hussain, Ganesh, Rajesh Sharma.
