POJK DPs of 1947,1965 and 1971 held protest against State Government and demands for early financial assistance for refugees at par with Kashmiri Migrants.
They said that government don’t bothered to constitute Advisory Committee Board to solve the pending problems.
The said organization is going to stage awareness camp for the POJK DPs of 1947,1965 and 1971 preparation of Document for claim compensation against the movable and immovable properties left behind in the back drop of Pakistan aggression of the J&K state in the mentioned years. The DPs will also be enlightened about their rights and duties as displaced persons and citizens of India he added
While talking to press Rashpal Singh head of the forum highlighted that neither centre government nor state government solve their genuine only linger on us on different pretexts. In this regard we approached so many times to co0ncerned ministers but always their dry promises.
He further added that we don’t have also right to vote till now and our youth went over aged no jobs for them. We the people are on starvation due mismanagement of both state and centre government. He appealed to chief minister and home minister of India to solve their problems soon otherwise be ready for non-stop protests.
