Young volleyball players of district Rajouri were presented with the cheques as honorarium for their participation in the Khelo India district championship held at Nowshera in October last.
“Some of the boys could not get the money transferred to their accounts due to certain issues. So it was decided to present them the cheques of their dues with District Rajouri Volleyball Association, organisers of the event,” informed incharge District Rajouri Volleyball Association, Mohd Tariq.
The cheques presented by the Association through BJP leader and social worker, Neena Sharma in the presence of Mohd Tariq, Sonu Gupta and Anil Kumar.
