Raman Bhalla serves Parsad to devotees at Gangyal Durga temple

A huge bhandara was organized to commemorate Shivratri at ancient Durga temple, Ward 56 Gangyal of Municipal Corporation Jammu. Former minister Raman Bhalla, former Chairman of Municipal Corporation Jammu, Satish Sharma was also especially present on the occasion. Raman Bhalla and Satish Sharma distributed Bhandara in Sangat with their own hands. Earlier, Bhalla prayed at the Shiva temple and wished for peace and happiness for the entire world along with the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Bhalla said in his address that he has always loved the people of Gangyal Ward 56 and when he got the opportunity to serve them for 12 years with the blessings of the public, then he gave honor to every caste class by making the same development in every field. . He said that if the community Hall was given at the cost of 90 lakhs in the Durga temple, then Ravidas fraternity Gangyal was also made the community Hall of 60 lakhs, along with it the people of Pushp Elkav Gangyal made worth one crore. It was not a small thing to build three crore halls in Gangyal Ward 56. Bhalla said that not only this, the Nallahas worth crores to deal with rainy season , a 100-bed Rajiv Gandhi Hospital worth 70 crore rupees, besides Rajiv Gandhi Park from Durga Temple to Sector 2 Pir Baba on the banks of the canal granted. Bhalla said that many projects are still stuck in Gangyal ward 56. If the public once again gives us an opportunity to serve, then we will make Gangyal the most model ward. Former Chairman of JMC, Satish Sharma said that when a religious event takes place in Gangyal, President and member of all the temple committees still respect and give same honor that was given to him when in power. Temple Committee President Puran Verma said that even today, in the rain, Sangat Prasad is being served, because of community hall constructed by former Minister Bhalla at Durga temple .Many dignitaries, including members of the temple committee, were present on the occasion.
