Today a delegation from Ramban district led by Sumit Sharma, member International Volunteer Foundation met Sh. Jitendra Singh Hon’ble MoS PMO and MP Doda-Udhampur on behalf of residents of village Khani (Tehsil Ramban) and submitted a representation seeking construction of metal led road between Peerha to Kumaiti via Tutral, Khani and Kund. They submitted that the general public of the area is suffering hardships since decades due to the non availability of a Pacca Road.
People’s access to educational and health facilities is seriously affected due to absence of a metalled Road.
Hon’ble Minister listened to the demands of youth delegation very keenly and directed his staff to initiate the process including taking up the issue with concerned authorities so that the road is sanctioned and constructed within a reasonable time period.
The other delegates were Kartar Sharma; Jagdish Kumar and Atul Sharma.
