Ravinder Raina, President BJP Jammu & Kashmir toured various hospitals of the region including Super-specialty hospital, Bakshi Nagar to take stock of the arrangements in the hospitals to combat the infection and to inquire about the facilities being provided to the patients and their caretakers.
Ravinder Raina was also accompanied by Mayor JMC Chander Mohan Gupta and J&K BJP Vice-President & former Minister Sham Choudhary.
While interacting with the Doctors and the patients/caretakers, Ravinder Raina discussed about the various steps being taken by the administration and the further needs for managing the situation. He said that the 2nd wave of Corona has devastated the whole world. And we need to together fight this Pandemic. He said that the dedicated volunteers of Bharatiya Janata Party are visiting various hospitals of the region to take stock of the situation there and are providing the relief to the needy to the fullest of their capacity. He said that the BJP activists are serving the society like a soldier serves the Nation in this time of Pandemic and is toiling hard to meet the needs of the patients and their caretakers in the hospitals as well as outside.
He added that other needs including financial, medical and others are being meted out by our activists and at the same time hailed all the front line warriors like medical/ paramedical staff, security forces, sanitation staff and others. He also pointed out on the need of strengthening the health institutions in the periphery to reduce the load on main hospitals. He also appealed the people to follow all the Covid guidelines to contain the spread of the deadly disease.
