RDD & PR Block Chowki Choura gives a befitting tribute to Martyrs by planting dozens of plants under “Ek Ped Shaheedon Ke Naam” and also carries a mega cleanliness drive under “Swachhata Pakhwada-The Shuchita Sangram” campaign at BDO office Chowki Choura.The campaign inaugurated by DDC member Chowki Choura Pt Suresh Sharma in presence of SDM Chowki Choura Mukhtiyar Lone, BDO Tasleem Wani, BMO Dr Sumeer and Various other officers.More then 200 Officials and public participated. During the campaign Swachhata Bank was also revived along with the felicitation of Plastic Waste depositors & administering of Swachhata pledge to all the participants.BDO Chowki Choura Tasleem Wani said that under the overall supervision of DC Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya IAS plantation drives are being carried out across whole District Jammu upto 15th August 2024 to plant thousands of plants of different varieties besides carrying out of various Swachhata activities under Swachhata Pakhwada campaignwith an emphasis on remembering the sacrifices made by our heroes and promoting cleaner and greener environment.X PRIs & officials from various Departments besides prominent citizens and youth participated in the campaign.
