Sh.Rinku Gill, President, Civic Safaikaramchari Union, JMC, Jammu addressed press conference on the today and said that Safai Karamchari Union, Drivers and Cleaners Union, Sanitary Supervisor Employees Union and Clerical Staff JMC are back bone of JMC. But unfortunately, they are deprived of their rights inspite of our repeated appeals representations and reminders
While addressing the press Conference, Sh.Rinku Gill said that we appealed before the JMC authourities for Redressal of our long genuince grievances.
He dedmanded Re-organization of Jammu Municipal Corporation, Regularization of 33 Contractual Drivers, who have been serving under JMC for 13 yearas, so that their service career is protected, Regularization of 200 Safai Karamcharis and Computer Operators and Technical Assistants/Surveyours, working under JMC for 7 years, Filling of Vacant Post Safai Karamcharis:- Seven months ago 600 posts for the SKC’s were created by the JMC and it also gave the notice for the filling of form. Many deserving candidates filled the form but hhow even after three moths no progress has been in this sphere. Because of the lack of Labour, the SKC, D.P.C of all Cadre Employee, Scrapping of Outsourcing of wards and NGO System, and appointment of daily wager Safaikaramcharis, Sanction of New Municipal Colony for S.K.C.
