JAMMU, Feby 17:
Jammu and Kashmir Yoga Association shall be holding district championships at Reasi, Jammu and Udhampur starting from February 20.
“The Reasi championship shall be held at Amba Kids School Panthal Road, Katra on February 20 while district Jammu meet shall take place on February 25 at MA Stadium, Jammu,” informed general secretary of the Association, Vinod Bhatia.
The Udhampur district Yoga Championship is scheduled to be held on February 27 at Subash Stadium, Udhampur.
In all district meets, the competition shall be held in 8-10 year, 10-12 year, 12-14 year, 14-16 year, 16-18 year both boys and girls. Those outstanding players shall be selected for the J&K UT Yoga Championship to be held on a later date.
“Interested players have been advised to contact international yoga referee and coach, Anil Gupta (8713073091) bringing along date of birth certificate,” added general secretary.
