Shri Ram Sena has once again reiterated CBI enquiry into Rasana rape and murder case, Addressing a press conference in Jammu at party headquarter, State President Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan Monday said that it is unfortunate that national media depicted wrong picture of whole episode of Rasana case and which was more imaginary without based on actual facts.
Adding further he said that Neither the Bar Association nor any other organization besides civil society members has ever said that culprits involved in this heinous crime be saved.
We along with Jammuites infect wants culprits be hanged publically so that in near future no one can dare to execute such a gruesome and totally inhumane act.
Now the family of victim itself has demanded the CBI enquiry and both State and central govt without any further delay should handover the Rasana rape and murder case to CBI so that truth comes out and guilty be punished. He further added that the incident which happened in Kathua deserves exemplary punishment as we worship our daughters on Ramnavmi and on the other religious and pious functions and whosoever is involved in this deserves harshest punishment.
