Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prominent leader Rekha Mahajan today highlighted the crucial role being played by the BJP Morcha units in the assembly polls in Jammu and Kashmir. The meeting saw the presence of Pooja Kapil Mishra Vice President national Mahila Morcha, Prabhari Jammu South Ayodhya Gupta, District General Secretary Akash Chopra, Vistarak Ashok Kumar, Convenor Sunny Sangotra, District Mahila Morcha President Divya Jain and others were present on the occasion.
Addressing the BJP workers, Rekha Mahajan emphasized that the Morcha’s efforts are instrumental in mobilizing public support for the party. She praised the BJP Morcha’s tireless work in reaching out to the people of J&K, listening to their concerns, and addressing their grievances. Rekha noted that the Morcha’s grassroots-level connect has helped the BJP understand the pulse of the people and tailor its policies accordingly. “The BJP Morcha is the backbone of our party’s campaign in J&K,” Rekha said. “Their dedication and hard work are helping us to build a strong connection with the public. We are confident that their efforts will pay off in the assembly polls.”
Rekha Mahajan also lambasted the National Conference and Congress parties for their history of deceiving the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Addressing the gathering, Rekha Mahajan alleged that these parties have consistently made false promises to the public, betraying their trust and exploiting their sentiments.
Rekha Mahajan highlighted the NC and Congress’s track record of deception, citing numerous instances where they have reneged on their commitments. She accused them of prioritizing personal interests over public needs, ignoring the region’s development and welfare. The NC and Congress have mastered the art of deception,” Rekha said. “They have consistently made false promises to the people of J&K, only to betray their trust later. It’s time for the public to reject these deceiving parties and choose a party that genuinely cares for their welfare.”
Rekha contrasted the NC and Congress’s deception with the BJP’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and good governance. She highlighted the BJP’s initiatives for J&K, including enhanced education and skill development programs, job creation and employment opportunities, sports and cultural development initiatives, and leadership training and mentorship programs.
“The BJP has always stood for the people of J&K,” Rekha said. “We have delivered on our promises, and we will continue to work tirelessly for the region’s prosperity. Unlike the NC and Congress, we don’t believe in making false promises or exploiting public sentiments.” She urged the people of J&K to recognize the NC and Congress’s deception and reject them in the assembly polls.
