Rekha Mahajan takes up people’s issues with JMC Commissioner

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan today called on Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Commissioner, Divyansh Yadhav, and apprised them of the problems being faced by the public in Jammu South. This meeting demonstrates the BJP’s commitment to addressing local concerns and ensuring effective governance. The meeting saw the presence of District President SC Morcha Umesh Kumar.
Rekha Mahajan emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts between the JMC and local authorities to resolve these issues promptly. She reiterated the BJP’s dedication to social justice and equality. To review the pace of ongoing development and allied works in Jammu South, the officials informed the Rekha Mahajan of various initiatives taken by the corporation. Rekha highlighted various issues related to the common masses. She stressed the time-bound completion of the ongoing works to provide better amenities to the people. She said that it’s an urgent need to repair streetlights in different areas. Rekha prompted for regular fogging and also appealed to the general public to take all the precautionary measures to prevent the threat of dengue. She asked the concerned officials to spread awareness among the masses regarding the precautions against the fatal disease.
Rekha Mahajan admired the work done by the department in recent times and asked them to keep up the good work for the advancement of the public at large. The JMC Commissioner assured prompt action on the concerns raised, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of solutions.
