RSC holds Badminton meet

Part of the week-long programme to generate awareness among voters aiming at the upcoming Parliamentary elections, the Rural Sports Club (RSC), an NGO, today organised Badminton tournament at Shiksha Niketan School, here.
Earlier, the participants were introduced with president of the RSC, Narinder Singh by chairman of the RM Public School and Shiksha Niketan Schools, Rameshwar Mengi. The event officiated by Sudershan Kumar and Ajeet Singh (Physical Education Teachers) of the host Shiksha Niketan School.
The Results: GIRLS: Singles: Ishika (Shiksha Niketan) bt Divya Bhat (RMPS) 15-09. Doubles: Kavlin and Anshita (Shiksha Niketan) bt Tanvi and Shweta (RMPS) 15-10.
BOYS: Singles: Ayush Thakur (Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar) bt Akshit (RMPS) 15-13. Doubles: Amam and Nikhil (RMPS) bt Karanveer and Ruptish (Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar) 15-13.
Meanwhile, event organiser, Ravtej Singh informed that on the third day of the campaign, Athletics competition shall take place at RMPS Chowadi at 10 am tomorrow
