J&K HoD Cadre Stenographer Association (SA) held meeting at Jammu, Srinagar as well as at Leh and Kargil to discuss the demands placed by the association in front of government.
While giving brief to the press Mohd. Latif Qureshi Chairman of association stated that in order to the plight of the association submitted memorandum to the Hon’ble Governor.
Qureshi further projected the demands of forum such as induction of HoD CADRE Private Secretaries into KAS in order to afford them equal opportunities , creation of 187 posts for Sr. Stenographers, pooling of the posts of Jr. Scale stenographers of Hods Cadre.
Other demands of forum will follow like posting of Principal Private Secretaries as Additional equal posts on ex-cadre basis, holding of regular DPCs, creation of the posts of Private Secretaries with all Deputy Commissioners equal heads and creation of the posts Sr. Scale stenographers.
