Jammu, Dec 6:
The Jammu and Kashmir State Administrative Council (SAC) headed by Governor Satya Pal Malik is scheduled to meet in Jammu tomorrow. According to sources , the meeting is likely to discuss the status of Jammu and Kashmir Bank vis-à-vis the recent SAC decision taken to change Jammu and Kashmir Bank into a Public Sector Bank and row over simplification in Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) law.
