Jammu, Sept 2 :
Security forces on Monday recovered arms drones dropped in the Ramgarh Sector of Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said that in a joint search operation by Border Security Force (BSF), Police Component Jammu, and Samba Police, three pistols were recovered, suspected to have been dropped by a drone from across the border in the Ramgarh Sector of district Samba.

was laid in the area. “On hearing the humming sound of the drone coming from the Pak side, security personnel fired some rounds towards the direction of the humming sound and pushed the drone back to the Pak side,” said police.
They added that after spotting suspected drone movement, a thorough search operation was launched in the general area of Mallu Chack, and three pistols were recovered suspected to be dropped by the drone.
In this regard, a case under relevant sections was registered at Police Station Ramgarh, and further investigation is going on.
