Samooh celebrates Deepawali with the soulful recitation of Classical Dogri poetry. In connection with the Deewali Celebrations 2018, Smooth Theatre and vomedh Rangmanch Jammu, today jointly organized a ‘Dogri Poetry recitation function here at K.L Saigal hall, Cultural Academy Complex Jammu. Sh. Kuldeep Raj Sharma, vice Chariman Ministry of Child and women development was the chief guest on this occasion. While Sh. Rajeev Khajuria Chariman, National development foundation presided over the literary function which was exclusively designed by the media fraternity of the Jammu.
Sh. Sanjay saraf National youth president and National spoke person lok Jan Shakti Party was the special guest Sh Sharma, in his address extended his congratulations to the media fraternity, Samooh Theatre and the people of J&K besides the artist’s fraternity on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali.
Dr. Sudhir Mahajan prominent actor-director of the state recited soulful classical Dogri poetry written before independence and after independence besides contemporary. The writers whose poetry recited including Mohan Lal Sapolia, Krishan smailpuri and noted comic Dogri poet Kewal Kumar.
