As rumours about Bollywood newbie Sara Ali Khan bagging Imtiaz Ali’s next film with Kartik Aaryan are yet to be confirmed, one fact that has recently been shed is that the Simmba star did not make her first on-screen presence alongside actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Sara first featured on-screen alongside actor-father Saif Ali Khan and megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
This happened back in 2005 when, as a kid, Sara accompanied Saif on the popular game show Kaun Banega Crorepati, hosted by Amitabh. The video recently surfaced online and is breaking the Internet as it trends on Instagram currently. Sitting in the audience section with her friend, baby Sara greeted Amitabh with an adaab which the megastar found “cute.” Senior Bachchan then engaged in a friendly batter with the two little girls before the scene cut to tense moment of Saif and Preity Zinta, co-stars in their then upcoming movie Salaam Namaste, taking on a question about Jinnah house in Mumbai. The video shows an anxious little Sara watching her dad from the audience seat as he ponders over the question before him.
Earlier reports suggested that Sara will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali’s next film with Kartik Aaryan and Randeep Hooda. If reports turn out to be true then this will be like a dream come true for the actor since she has been mentioning in almost all of her interviews that she has a huge crush on Kartik and wants to work with him. According to Mumbai Mirror, a source close to the development revealed that the film will majorly be shot in India.
