Former MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma (CA) held daily Janta Darbar and interacted with a large number of inhabitants in order to know about their grievances and took stock of the remaining works to be done in the areas. A large number of people hailing from various wards visited the daily Janta Darbar of Former MLA and sought redressal of their grievances. Deputations hailing from Ward 16, 31 and 35 led by Corporator W35 Yash Pal Sharma (Mantoo), Ward President Deepak Kumar and SC Morcha District President Raghunandan Kumar & Onkar Singh Bose met the BJP leader and asked him to intervene in some matters in order to avoid public distress. Inhabitants from various other wards also met the Former BJP MLA to resolve their basic problems.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the deputations and many things came up during the interaction where the locals have stressed upon taking up some utmost important works in the area and it will be seen that these works are taken up and completed in a stipulated time frame.
Sharma said that he has asked the officials of concerned departments to immediately prepare the estimates and take up the works for remaining lanes in the area around both wards and if any other area of remaining 26 wards of Jammu West Assembly segment has left behind in terms of development, such work should also be taken up in order to provide better connectivity to the inhabitants.
Sharma also stated that he also spoke to concerned engineers of Power and PHE department and asked them to provide uninterrupted supply of power and water in all 26 wards of Jammu West so that in scorching summer season, relief in every form is provided to the inhabitants of Assembly segment.
He also stated that an aura of cleanliness should also be maintained in the surroundings so that the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of building a Clean and Green Nation could be achieved.
