A boutique cum Beauty parlor by the style ‘DV Ladies Garments and Parlor’ was inaugurated at Qasim Nagar area of Ward 28, Bakshi Nagar behind Bakshi Nagar police Station. It was inaugurated by Former State President BJP and EX Minister, Sat Sharma (CA). Sharma was also accompanied by District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, Mandal Vice President BJP Ravi Kant Sharma and owner Meenakshi Devi.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the owner and appreciated her efforts of opening a new venture on her own. Referring women empowerment, Sharma said that the owner was inspired by pro public policies and schemes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi which made her to start the new venture. He stated that the owner took loan of Rupees 3 lakhs from Women Development Corporation (JKWDC) who assisted a lot and helped the owner to achieve her dreams.
He advised the owner to pursue the business with sincerity and dedication and said that opening of new businesses and particularly by the women entrepreneurs augurs well for the economy as women constitutes half of the population of our country.
Ayodhya Gupta stated that women have great potential and they are no less than men in any stream and Modi Government did a lot in empowering women across nation.
Meenakshi thanked everyone for sparing their valuable time for the program and swore to work with honesty and full dedication. She also added that boutique consists of a wide range of suits in stitched and semi stitched condition, suits, Gowns, Kurtis and others at reasonable prices.
Rakesh Dogra, Ravi Dogra, Sanjay Kumar, Hardev Singh Pawan Dogra, Balwan Singh, Meetu Sharma, Snidhi, Puneet Gupta, Munish Raja, Manik Abrol and several others were also present.
