In connection with Guru Purnima, a grand spiritual Satsang was held today in the Govt. School Satwari Ground, Jammu. The devotees in large number gathered there to listen to the sermons of Satguru Madhu Param Hans Ji Maharaj, the spiritual head of Sahib Bandgi panth. After the Satsang a Bhandara was organized.
Sahib ji said that true love is the life of devotion & also the very essence of worship.
Without love it is not possible to attain God. Elaborating it Sahib ji said that we love our parents because it is they who gave us birth.
We love our children because they are a part of us. It is really difficult to love a Satguru because he is not connected to us in the worldly way.
Sahib ji said that love for a Satguru demands a feeling & realization in mind that he has blessed us with a matchless thing that no one in the entire Brahmand can give. When we give place to such like feeling & true devotion for the satguru, the love for the Satguru will automatically flourish. In this world only a Satguru can give you the true love. Love elsewhere & in any form is nothing but deception. But Munn creates hardless in the path of true love.
Munn has cleverly polluted the true virtues of love, pleasure, devotion & the like.
The virtue of love is present in every one but all of us have diverted it to our parents, brothers, sisters, wives & children.
The need is to divert this love towards the Satguru.
He who has true love for his satguru & recites the holy Nam keeping his concentration fixed at the Satguru, succeeds in crossing the worldly ocean.
