The State of Jammu & Kashmir has been passing through most difficult times particularly since 1990 & everything is clear from the record. The present situation in Jammu & Kashmir has been passing through a big crisis political, social as well as on International plank. This is only because of the mess created by the ruling clique, who have been robbing state & squeezing the people of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh to serve their own interests.
The latest situation in Jammu & Kashmir deserves a serious attention of all nationalist forces in the country. The state suffered for several decades under NC & Congress Govt. where rule of law was buried deep in the rivers Jhelum and the Tawi. The latest rule of loot and plunder was carried by PDP & BJP who enjoyed silent support of the earlier clique, NC & Congress.
The elections to the state Assembly were avoided with clear understanding among all partners of loot namely, NC, Congress, PDP & BJP.
The people of Jammu & Kashmir were forced to keep away from the scope of rule of law. It was rule of plunder. The grand alliance of all the four was responsible to keep elections to the state Assembly away. Holding Lok Sabha polls alone was a hidden conspiracy to deprive the people of Jammu & Kashmir of their Fundamental Rights and burry the rule of law in the depth of Dal Lake.
J&K National Panthers Party was also subjected to tremendous amount of pressure from different quarters from Delhi & Srinagar so that the NPP is kept away from Parliamentary elections. The Party has been waiting for to decide about their combinations and permutations in the electoral drama. “Enough is enough”. The Panthers Party has decided to come out with its revolutionary plan on 23rd March, the Foundation Day of the Party about their next line of action, revolution through ballot in Jammu & Kashmir so that the wretched of the earth shall come out of their holes and declare their nominations for the electoral battle for the Lok Sabha in Jammu & Kashmir. The Panthers Party has no money but tremendous amount of human resources, energy, honest leadership with commitment and united efforts, JKNPP shall declare its candidates on 23, 24, 25 & 26 for all the Lok Sabha six seats for Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh.
Prominent Party leaders who were in the press conference include P.K Ganju, Anita Thakur, Shanker Singh Chib, Neeraj Gupta, Naresh Chib & S. Zorawar Singh.
“We shall overcome some day all hurdles in the delivery of justice that Day is reaching very soon when state shall be reorganized and Fundamental Rights flow to every home in J&K”.
