Hundreds of prominent persons from Christian community under the leadership of Nicodamus, President of Christian United Federation, J&K joined BJP in the presence of BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar.
The joining was facilitated by former MLA from Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta. Ashok Kaul, while addressing on the occasion, said that today dream of “Bharat Mata” is being realized, when every person irrespective of region, religion, community, linguistic difference is considered before any major policy decisions. He said that today the real essence of “Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas” is evident on the ground due to the dedicated efforts and decisive Centre government led by BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Kaul, stressed that there is true internal democracy in BJP, where a booth level worker can become the National President of the largest political party of the world, where a simple but dedicated person with no political Godfather can become the Prime Minister candidate of the party. He said that such is the beauty of the BJP, that we consider nobody above our ethics, where we start our day with the pledge of doing something good for the Nation and society.
Welcoming new entrants into the party fold, he said that we have to take these principles everywhere, we have to pledge to work for a stable, decisive government at the Centre by BJP under the leadership of Modi ji, to successfully achieve the aim of “New India”, Transformed India with no social evils. Let us pledge with our full might to work as dedicated volunteer for ensuring grand win of BJP in Parliament elections 2019, Kaul added.
Rajesh Gupta, asked all the new entrants to start work immediately in the society for party’s win. He said that their entry into the party at this time is of paramount importance while proving that BJP has touched lives of everyone.
Nicodamus, in his address, said that the community members are very much influenced by the good intentions and solid policies of BJP. He said that for the 7 decades their community is being used by several political parties for their own agenda, but now we are confident that Modi ji will take every possible step for community’s welfare.
