Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput have purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai, as per reports. The apartment is located in Mumbai’s Worli area and is worth Rs 59 crore. The apartment is part of the Oberoi 360 West project, as per IndexTap. com. As per the documents obtained, the luxury space spans 5,395 sq ft RERA carpet area and has three dedicated parking spaces. The documents also showed a transaction of Rs 58.66 crore registered on May 24, 2024. The couple purchased the luxury flat from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd.As per their report, Chandak Realty bought a bulk of these apartments last year. Of these, 28 apartments were bought by D’ Mart owner Radhakishan Damani’s family and close associates for Rs 1,238 crore last year.The project, 360 West, offers 5BHK and 4BHK flats along with duplex apartments and penthouses. The project has a sea view with all apartments facing West. The building has a height of 360 metres. As per reports Shahid Kapoor has paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore.Meanwhile, on the film front, Shahid was last seen in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya alongside Kriti Sanon. The film performed well at the box office and received rave reviews from the audience and critics alike. Next, he is working on big-budget films like Deva, Ashwatthama: The Saga Continues, and Farzi 2. In the photo, Shahid was seen flaunting his short hairdo while holding a gun in his hand. Sharing the photo, Shahid revealed that he is locking Dussehra 2024 for Deva. “DEVA in theatres on Dussehra 11th October 2024,” he wrote. The film also stars Pooja Hegde. Deva will be directed by Rosshan Andrrews and is produced by Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films.
