JKPCC General secretary and state convenor, Rajiv Panchayati Raj sangathan, J&K Shahnawaz Choudhary met INC President Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi at his residence in which they discussed National political scenario of India and strategies ahead of general election 2019.
Shahnawaz Choudhary gave detailed briefing of political crisis of J&K state under governor rule, after falling of BJP-PDP coalition government. He briefed him about the feeling and aspirations of people from Congress party and apprised that JKPCC unit is working hard to propagate the party’s ideology and politics of love among common masses.
In meeting Shahnawaz Choudhary also discussed about upcoming Panchayat and Municipal polls to be held in J&K state . Along with other major issues and problems being faced by common people of J&K, the issue of reservation in promotion of Reserved categories employees was also raised by Shahnawaz Choudhary.
Shahnawaz Chowdhary has been asked by Congress president Rahul Gandhi to start working on rejuvenating party cadre ahead of General election 2019 and state assembly election.
