Elite Public High School celebrated its 24th Annual Day and Prize Distribution Function on the theme “Rainbow of Relations” at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium. The event saw the participation of over 400 students who captivated the audience with their impressive performances, showcasing their talent and creativity. The distinguished guests for the occasion included Shri Sham Lal Sharma, MLA Jammu North, as the Chief Guest; Shri Pawan Kumar Sharma, JKPS Superintendent of Police, as the Guest of Honour; the Guest of Preside; and Shri Mohinder Kumar, Corporator of Udhywalla, as the Special Guest. Addressing the gathering, Shri Sham Lal Sharma lauded the school for its remarkable contribution to holistic education, emphasizing the importance of inculcating moral values and patriotism among students. He highlighted the role of such events in fostering creativity, strengthening cultural bonds, and building confidence in young minds. Shri Sharma also encouraged the students to strive for excellence and contribute to society with dedication and responsibility. The event was graced by the Chairperson, Mrs. Mala Sharma, and the Principal, Mr. Sanjay Sharma, who were also present to celebrate the occasion. Mrs. Rajni Khosa, Vice Principal of the school, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries, setting the tone for the ceremony.Mrs. Vasudha Mahajan, Managing Director of the school, presented the School Annual Report for 2023, highlighting the significant achievements in both academics and co-curricular activities. Her report emphasized the school’s commitment to excellence and the overall growth of its students.The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Amrita Koul, In-Charge of Veerta House, who acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the students. She also expressed sincere gratitude to the esteemed guests for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend the Annual Function, contributing to its grand success. The programme concluded with the National Anthem, bringing the vibrant celebration to a fitting close.
