Actor and singer Shehnaaz Gill recently got candid about a phase in her life when she betrayed someone she was in love with. In a conversation with the SMTV YouTube channel, Shehnaaz reflected on love, relationships, and financial equality, sharing that she once betrayed her partner because she didn’t feel valued in the relationship. Speaking honestly about her past, Shehnaaz said, “I have. In love. Not otherwise… I only did it because the vibe wasn’t matching. When you expect something from someone, and they don’t meet those expectations… I have those expectations. I can’t just keep on giving. I believe in give and take. So when such things happen, I call it off because you can’t invest so much in someone else. Because then you are wasting your time.” Shehnaaz also mentioned that financial independence holds great importance for her as it helps secure her future. While she is uncertain about marriage, she remains focused on her career. Currently, she is seen in Ikk Kudi, a Punjabi film that she also produced. Recently, she appeared on Bigg Boss 19, encouraging her fans to support her film in theatres.
