Shivya Ayurveda and Shivya Foundation organized a langar (community meal) to mark the auspicious occasion of Sharad Navratri at Katra, the base camp for the revered shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi. The event, held under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, witnessed the participation of over 500 people, including devotees who had come to offer prayers at the sacred temple.
Sahil Aggarwal, founder of Shivya Ayurveda, shared that Shivya Foundation is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) committed to social welfare and community service. The langar served as a way to contribute to the spiritual journey of the pilgrims while promoting the values of sharing and compassion.
“We are honored to provide this humble service to the devotees during Sharad Navratri, a time of devotion and community” said Sahil Aggarwal.
The event was warmly received by pilgrims and locals alike, highlighting the spirit of service and unity during the festive season.
