With the blessings of Mahant of Shri Ranbireshwar temple Sh. Rishi Ban Ji Maharaj , Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare committee along with Jammu and Kashmir Dharamarth Trust is organizing Shiv Barat (Shobha Yatra) on 2 March , 2019.
While talking to media persons Mahant of the Temple Sh. Rishi Ban said that on March 2, a grand Shobha Yatra of Lord Shiva (Shiv Barat) will be jointly organized by Jammu and Kashmir Dharamath Trust and Shri Ranbireshwar Mandir Welfare committee. He said that this Shobha Yatra will start from Shri Ranbireshwar Temple sharply at 3.30 P.M. on March 2 and this Shobha Yatra (Shiv Barat) will pass through all main bazars of the old city viz.
Indira Chowk , Hari Market , Raghunath Bazar, Old Hospital road, Purani Mandi, Link road, Jain Bazar, Chowk Chabutra, Pacca Danga and will finally culminate at Shri Ranbireshwar Temple.
He said that on March 4, a free Medical Camp with the active co-operation of Indian System of Medicines (Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital Indira Chowk )will be organized at temple premises in which renowned doctors will examine the patients and give them free medicines. He appeal all religious minded people to take part of these programmes and got blessings of Lord Shiva. He appeal all trade organizations to be part of this Shobha Yatra and to decorate their markets with gates, buntings , lights to welcome Shiv Barat.
