SRO 202 a Deterimental policy, Diverting Youth of J&K towards Terrorism & Corruption: Sahil Singh Jamwal

Today In a Statement YNC Provincial Secretary Sahil Singh Jamwal said , New Requirement policy is a sheer injustice to the highly qualified youth of J&K, also creating frustration and anger among the youth .
While talking to Media person , Sahil said that SRO 202 acted in 2015 , has not only violated the minimum wages act ( SRO 460 , dated 26 Oct 2017) but also the Supreme Court judgement of equal pay for equal work and is said to be discriminatory in nature.
He further added , Person appointed under this policy is deprived from DA , HRA , Compensatory Allowance and other benefits for initial years .
Sahil also , Appealed to Governor Satya Pal Malik to look into matter and revoke SRO 202 Policy as soon as possible
While Addressing people, Sahil said , this policy forcing youth to migrate to other states for jobs .
He urged that now , the need of hour is to break the silence over the issue and abrogate the SRO 202 at an earleist to safeguard the future of educated youth of J&K.
