To commemorate 626th Parkash Utsav of Shiromani Sant Kabir Maharaj, the Shiromani Sant Kabir Trust (SSKT) is going to organize a series of programmes from June 3, 2024.
Inform the general public particularly the Kabir followers about the programmes during a press conference here today, Dr Preeti Bhagat said that the celebrations of Parkash Utsav of Kabir Maharaj will start with the garlanding of Sant Kabir’s statue followed by an impressive Shobha Yatra on June 3, 2024 at R.S. Pura.
“Main event will take place at Sant Kabir Nagar, Village Kotli Gala Bana, R.S. Pura, Jammu on June 4, 2024,” she said and invited wholeheartedly all devotees and the general public to actively participate in the celebration.
The event is being organized with the involvement of all trustees, including Chaman Lal Bhagat (Floria), Bhushan Lal Dogra, Ex. MOS J&K Government, Darshan Bhagat, General Secretary, Som Nath, Balak Ram (Master), Jeet Raj, Adv. Natha Ram, Adv. Nisha Bhagat, Charanjeet Bhagat, Ex. Sarpanch Suraj Parkash (Gara), Surjeet Singh, Dr Ankush, Kartaro Devi, Sushma Bhagat and Anju Bhagat.
The trustees extend an open invitation to everyone to join in the festivities and honour the legacy of Sant Kabir Ji Maharaja.
