JAMMU, Aug 29:
Jammu and Kashmir Kurash team won five medals, including three Silver, in the all India Kurash Championship held at National Bal Bhavan, New Delhi from August 24 to August 26.
While Bagh Hussain, Gourav Singh and Babu Din bagged silver, Anmol Sharma and Tapsvi Mahajan sercured bronze medals in different weight categories.
Medals were given away to those winners jointly by special guests, president, Umesh Tyagi and general secretary, Lal Singh of the Kurash Association of Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, president J&K Kurash Association, Dr Pavan Malhotra and general secretary, Dr Kuljit Singh appreciated the medal winners and other members of the State team.
