We will get back the statehood status as it was earned by our ancestors by shedding their blood and sweat at Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Kashmir, Singh added.
Singh further emphasised on Vocal for local, by adding, “ Present bureaucracy have no idea about the valour and patriotism of Dogras as most of them don’t belong to Jammu Kashmir. Neither the Mughal nor British, Afghan dared to enter Jammu just because of Dogras valour.”
Enough is enough and we will get back our statehood status, Singh added by saying, “ We are also very thankful to Maharaja Dr Karan Singh Ji to support the demand of statehood as it was led by his ancestors”.
Former YRS President Rajan Singh said,” Statehood is our birth right and anyone from outside of Jammu has no right to snatch it back. It was earned by brave and courageous nationalist Dogra soldiers.”
Rajan further stated that Cordon off of Maharaja Hari Singh Statue with concertina wire is not acceptable to us and if such action can happen in future then YRS will tolerate it.
Team YRS briefs that we want our statehood back and give it us and demand Local Empowerment to people of J&K. Members of YRS also appeal people of J&K to come in support for this genuine demand and unite for our rights.
