Bharatiya Janata Party’s strength is its committed workers and the confidence of the people on the party’s leadership.
This was stated by former MLA Ramban Neelam Langeh during a meeting of Mandal Prabharis organized by the local BJP unit here on Thursday to further strengthen the party in the hilly District. Neelam said that BJP believes in hierarchical set-up in which a ground level worker can reach at the top of hierarchy by virtue of his or her hardwork and dedication towards party.
He however made it clear that the true strength of the party lies in the commitment of booth rank cadres as their victory ultimately ensures the party’s triumph in the Assembly or Parliamentary elections. The meeting was held under the leadership of district President Rakesh Thakur. Vipan Sharma BJP general secretary organization Doda Udhampur parliamentary constituency and Ex MLA Ramban Neelam Langeh chaired the meeting.
Neelam Langeh said that BJP through its nationalist approach has won the trust of masses which is proving advantageous but with this trust comes added responsibility of satiating the aspirations of people.
“The accomplishment of this task lies solely with the grass-root level workers and therefore the support of workers is a deciding factor for making BJP more vibrant”, he said adding that party’s focus is on development because through this route the country will progress and the people will appreciate BJP and come under the realm of party.
“BJP is not owned by any family and thus there is every chance that a party worker through his dedication could climb the ladder of party’s hierarchy and become the tall leader of party by sitting on any of the coveted posts in the country”, he said and asked the workers to disseminate information about public welfare schemes to masses so that all people get the chance to avail benefits of these schemes.
The meeting was also attended by Romesh Kumar Sharma, and Sham Singh Katoch former district presidents, Rajeshwar Kumar district general Secretary and Chairman BDC besides all the Mandal Prabharis and senior leaders of the party.
