Bhaderwah : Taking strict action against the timber Smugglers/Offenders in Forest Division Bhaderwah during last week the Central Forest Control Room, Bhaderwah led by Sh. Mohd Haroon Khan I/c Central FCR Bhdaerwah, Sh. Mushtaq Ahmed, Sh. Farooq Ahmed, Sh. Tariq Hussain, Sh. Mohd Ayoub, Sh. Akhter Hussain and Sh. Bal Krishan under the direct supervision of Sh. Vivek Verma, IFS Divisional Forest Officer, Bhaderwah carried out different operations in all Ranges of Forest Division Bhaderwah. In all operations the team have seized illicit timber from Village Joura, Comptt. 36/Jai II, Forest Range Chiralla = 162.74 Cft., from the Culprit Ishtaq Ahmed Malik S/o Abdul Ganie Malik Village Sirsi, Comptt. 6/Marmat, Forest Range Kellar = 175.80 Cft., from Comptt. 8/K, Forest Range Kellar = 20.82 Cft., from Comptt. 88/Bh, Forest Range Bhalesh = 100.31 Cft. and from Forest Neru Range = 10.40 Cft. The cases have been registered against the Culprits and further enquiry has been in progress under different section of Forest Act. The protection of Forests and Environment and natural Green Gold of the Forest Division Bhaderwah has been top priority of Officials of Forest Department of this division.
