Supreme court has decided to hear the plea filed by Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty on the transfer of SSR’s death and suicide case to Mumbai police on coming Wednesday. According to the cause list uploaded by the apex court on their website, the transfer petition filed by Rhea will first come up for a hearing before the bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy on 5 August.KK Singh, SSR’s father whose 34 years old son took his life on June 14th at his home in Bandra, Mumbai has also filed a ‘caveat’ in the court regarding the matter which is a pre-emptive legal measure taken to ensure that a party does not get any favourable order without notice or a hearing accorded to the opponent.Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty under several allegations and sections of IPC including sections 306, 340, 406 and 342. Responding to which, Rhea filed a petition in the Supreme court regarding the probe transfer to Mumbai police. Rhea has said in her plea that the actress is in deep trauma due to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput and also got rape and murder threats on social media.
