Tamannaah Bhatia recently opened up about dealing with online negativity, offering a refreshing perspective on how to handle criticism. The actress, who has been in the industry for years, emphasized that hateful comments often say more about the person posting them than the one being targetedin an interview at The Masoon Minawala Show.”People can be extremely nasty like that. They will say stuff about your character, very nasty things about your life choices,” Tamannaah shared, acknowledging the harsh judgment celebrities face. However, rather than letting such negativity affect her, she has developed a deeper understanding of the psychology behind it.”I have heard all kinds of things, but I have come to believe that when someone comments about you, actually, it’s a reflection of them,” she stated. Tamannaah believes that trolls and critics often project their own insecurities and struggles onto others.”Comments are a reflection of what they are going through; it’s really not about us,” she added. Tamannaah’s approach encourages people to detach from negativity rather than internalize it.
