All Jammu and Kashmir Oil & LPG Tank Truck Drivers and Cleaners Union today Celebrated 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Ji here at union office, wherein senior functionaries of the union including S. Ranjeet Singh Raina, President, and large number of tanker drivers and cleaners attended the program.
While addressing the gathering all the participants thanked the government of India and Pakistan for opening the Kartarpur border enabling the Sikh Pilgrims to visit the historic Gurudwara which is life wish of every believer of Sikhisim to visit ever in life. S. Ranjeet Singh Raina, President of the union said Guruji always spread message of peace and brotherhood thus it is imperative that both India and Pakistan forgetting bitterness of past join hands for peace, progress and world humanity.
He said it’s like dream coming true for every Sikh community member spread over the world to visit historic Kartarpur Gurudwara.
On this occasion other senior members of the union including S. Davinder Singh, General Secretary, Sohan Singh, S Harasis Singh, Surinder Singh and Bikesh Kumar also remained present and addressed the congregation they also prayed for world peace and harmony amongst all humans which they described as the message of Guru Nanak ji to his followers and the world. Officers of the IOCL depot also attended the program.
