Calling upon the youth of entire Jammu Province to join hands in nation building and strengthening the nationalist forces in the state, Team Jammu along with Jammu Dogra Warriors celebrated Valentine’s Day by donating blood for the needy people, during Blood Donation camp organized at SMGS, Hospital, here.
Number of volunteers of Team Jammu, including College and University Students and educated unemployed youth in collaboration with Jammu Dogra Warriors donated blood during the camp under the leadership of Zorawar Singh Jamwal, chairman of the Team Jammu. The blood donated by the volunteers of Team Jammu is for the needy and nationalists people of Jammu Province. The Members and volunteers of both the groups also took pledge on the occasion and vowed to fight drug mafia, which is targeting youth of Jammu Province. While interacting with the blood donors including College students, Chairman Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal stressed upon the youth to participate in such activities which makes a bonding in society. “Valentines does not mean a day for love birds. To help out needy brothers and sisters like by donating blood to save precious lives is one of the best message delivered to the society by the youth of Jammu today,” he said.
“Let us all also pledge to save our heritage and make efforts to preserve our historic forts built throughout Jammu region. Let us all today commit ourselves to raise a strong voice against the mushrooming of foreign nationals like Bangladeshis and Rohingayas here in City of Temples,” said Zorawar Singh Jamwal while expressing serious concern over the burning issues of Jammu. Chairman Jammu Dogra Warriors, Varun Magotra also congratulated the youth for participating in noble cause while donating blood. While extending full support to Team Jammu, Varun Magotra also announced that each and every member of Jammu Dogra Warriors will start awareness campaign in each every nook and corner of Jammu against increasing Drug Menace and increasing population of foreign nationals which will become a security threat one day if not check today.
