The indefinite chain hunger strike that is being held under the banner of SOS International – an organization for PoK Displaced Persons today entered into 13th day at its headquarter in Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.
While interacting with aggrieved displaced persons led by its chairman, SOS International, Rajiv Chuni, Chairman Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal expressed concern over the lackadaisical attitude of Babus serving at Raj Bhawan for not allowing them to meet Governor Satya Pal Malik despite repeated reminders in past over three months.
He appealed to Governor to listen to genuine grievances of PoK DPs and play a role of bridge with central government to end up the miseries of aggrieved people.
Extending support to aggrieved displaced population from Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Chairman Team Jammu lambasted the state as well as central government its step motherly treatment with PoK DPs. It is disrespect to nationalist people who lost their home and hearth within their own native state.”
