JAMMU, FEB 16:
Three days NAV CHETNA SHIVIRS were organized at Govt. High School Marh and Gundla, Dansal block Jammu under the aegis of the Art of Living, Jammu Chapter wherein more than 300 students of the Schools participated.
The course was beautifully conducted by dynamic AOL teacher Ms. Neelam ji .The students very actively and enthusiastically participated in all the group processes, games & knowledge sessions etc.
Besides Pranayama & meditation sessions were also held. All these children very much appreciated and enjoyed each and every session and felt peace, relaxation and their focus also increased towards their studies.
While sharing their experiences regarding the course the students of this area said that they always remained under stress due to Examinations fear and work pressure at homes. However by doing this AOL NAV Chetna shivir they have been benefited a lot and they find themselves better equipped to handle their responsibilities and to come out of their negative emotions and handle day to day stresses nicely and were sure to excel in Exams with flying colors.
They want AOL faculties to keep visiting the school again & again to conduct more such courses to nurture their future.
The Headmasters sh Subhash Shastri ji of Govt High School Marh and Sh Rajinder kumar ji of Govt High School Gundli along with staff of the school were also present on the concluding day.
They thanked and appreciated the efforts of Ms. Neelam ji in organizing such a wonderful course and requested to conduct more Art of Living courses in the school as well as in these villages of Dansal and Nagrota.
Parents of the children lauded the efforts of AOL jammu Chapter and Faculty taking the Shivir as they could see the perceptible change for the better in their children in such a short span of time.
Sh Subhash Shastri ji Who is also a Dedicated AOL Volunteer for over a decade, while Speaking on the occasion exhorted parents of the students, representative of the village and staff of the schools to become a part of AOL family by participating in various Art of Living courses and thus bring a positive transformation in Students in particular and the village society in general.
