Alleging some foul play in the ongoing construction of main road near Devi Maa Temple, Nomiam at Katra, the traders today urged upon the concerned authorities involved in construction of main road to continue the construction of road as per the approved plan, so that the traders of this area should not be affected due to their ongoing project of this road.
Addressing during a meeting of the traders, a chemist trader, Dr Ravi Kumar alleged that the authorities appointed for the construction of main road near Devi Maa Temple are trying to divert the road after making some changed in the planned map approved for this road project for some reasons better known to them.
“Through, some means we have came to know that in order to provide benefit to some locals, the authorities appointed for the construct this road project are trying to make some changes in the already approved road project, due to which the traders at Devi Maa chownk shall be affected badly,” he said.
We want to warn the authorities, if the authorities will make any change in the construction of road as per the approved plan project, they will be forced to come on road and will not allow completing this road project.
Among others who were present during the meeting included Amit Sharma, Tirath Ram, Neelam Sharma, Gyan Chand, Amrish Bazal, Ganesh Lal, sham Lal, Vinood Kumar, Rakesh Kumar and Subash Kumar.
