Traffic police City Jammu on Tuesday Launched a Major Drive against the Violators like Without Crash Helmets, Triple Riding & wrong parked vehicles etc. Traffic City Jammu have seized Number of vehicles and challaned hundreds of vehicles in different localities of Jammu City.
This special drive against the norm violators was headed by DySP Traffic City North Jammu Sh Sunny Gupta, JKPS and DySP Traffic City South Sh Raj Paul Singh, JKPS under the Supervision of ASP Sh Prabhu Dayal Sharma and under the Over all Supervisions of SSP Traffic City Jammu, Sh Jogindar Singh JKPS.
DTI Bakshi Nagar, Inspr Punjab Singh, DTI Talab Tillo Inspr Surjeet Kumar, DTI Old City Inspr Rakesh Kumar, DTI Nagrota Inspr Naved Ahmed, DTI Residency Inspr Basanti Bhat, DTI Bus Stand Inspr Opinder Singh, DTI Janipur Inspr Ashish Khajuria, DTI Bikram Chowk Inspr Harminder Singh, DTI Narwal Inspr Sanjiv Rajwal, DTI Satwari Inspr Ranbir Singh, DTI Railways Inspr Sarabjit Singh and DTI Ambphalla were also a part of this special drive.
SSP Traffic Police City Jammu sh Joginder Singh told that the vehicles that were seized or challaned during the drive were found violating the traffic norms.
He further said that the special drive will continue.
Meanwhile, the locals appreciated the role of Traffic Police City Jammu to curb the menaces of Congestions & Jamming in Jammu City.
