Army Public School Rakhmuthi organised a two day Northern Command Interschool workshop on 5th and 6th of June on ‘Exam Stress Faced by Students’in school premises. Welcoming the resource persons and participating teachers of Northern Command, Mrs Shaswati Ghosh, Principal APS Rakhmuthi said that Exam Stress affects most students in varying ways. It is important to manage this stress and find little ways of helping to eliminate stress.
The resource persons for the workshop were Dr Syed Shehna and Dr Rakesh Bharti Sharma. Dr. Syed Shehna spoke on”Stress- meaning, causes, effects, symptoms and signs”, Dr Rakesh Bharti spoke on ‘Role of Parents and Teachers in managing Exam Stress’,and ‘Strategies of Dealing with Exam Stress’.
Chief Guest felicitated the resource persons and thanked them for sparing their valuable time and enlightened our teachers on various ways and techniques to deal with exam stress faced by students.
