Union Govt not consideration the sentiments and contributions of Dogras: Partap

The Union govt. has not taken into consideration the sentiments of Dogras, Young Panthers alleged. During the Meeting, State Vice President YP Partap Singh Jamwal said that the downgrading of Jammu & Kashmir from state to UT is not acceptable. He also welcome the decision of scraping Article 370 and abrogation of Article 35 A.
Partap Singh said that the announcement of clubbing Jammu and Kashmir regions as a Union territory came as a “bolt from the blue.
Partap alleged that the decision of the central government is full of shock and offence for the nationalist people of Jammu who are feeling betrayed and downgraded.
He said that the lowering of status of a 200-year-old state to a UT is irking the minds of the people, especially of Jammu, who felt disgraced and dishonoured.
He said that YP continues their battle for separate statehood for Jammu region so that justice can be delivered to the people of Dogras.
Other who were present including Tarsem Singh Rakwal (Distt. President YP), Bhanu Partap Singh Goria, Aditya Hans, Nikhil Sharma, Abisheek Gupta, Sunil Sharma, Kirti Phangotra, Arun Mehra, Vikrant, Shiva, Ashwani Kumar, Vishal Jamwal, Aadesh, S Honey Singh and others.
